These are positively the best yoga tapes I’ve seen. The asana demonstrations, which are shown from many angles by both male and female demonstrators, give students a full grasp of the correct alignments of the postures.  I wish I had these while I was going through my yoga teacher training. Truly educational!

We purchased the video for our local Buddhist Centre in Perth. This is very pleasant production. From time to time we organise Buddhist pilgrimage tours in India/Nepal for our members. For those who never been there before this DVD is very nice basic introduction.
